Why is it that in every post, you are making subtle hints about this issue. There are plenty of other Northstanders who have accepted what has happened and want what's best for the club, therefore are not staying bitter about it. The club have got it right this year, we have to trust them!

Bearing in mind this game probably won't mean anything as playoffs may be secured, I'm not too fussed. I have a season ticket in the North Stand and can fully understand why the club have done it and I'm actually looking forward to watching the game in the South Stand for once.

Can't believe all the fussing.

Well could be the case of wining to get a easyer game in the playoffs. Would we rather have Luton or Oxford?

If we finish in the last playoff spot then we will play the hardest team right??

Depends what you class as harder. Looks like it's going to be Oxford or Luton based on the current table but I see either of them as beatable. At the Kassam, Oxford got lucky and were hardly world class at Nene Park; we beat Luton away and we'll have to see what the home game brings.

That poster might need updating as its advertising tickets in the South and NORTH stand for Home fans ;)

If the arrangement goes ok i can see the same happening in the playoffs if we secure a place.

The North and Airwair combined amount to 3348 seats and would be sold out to either Oxford and Luton fans. That leaves 1224 seats in the South for home fans which should with spare capacity hold regular North and South stand supporters and 1800 terrace spaces which again i doubt we would fill.

We would have to almost double our normal home attendence to sell our half of the ground and anyway being outnumbered by away fans should not bother the players and the fact is if we got to Wembley against Oxford or Luton and even York we would be outnumbered again, so maybe being outsung, outnumbered and being the underdog may get the players prepared for a very big day in mid May.

I note Stevenage are taking a big gamble tomorrow night by making the game with Oxford all-ticket for away fans - which have sold out - but then having 5400 places available for home fans to pay on-the-night.

I think it is as likely they will get that many home fans as it is they will be able to remove all of the Oxford fans that will go in the home end.

At least they've realised that approach wouldn't work for their game with Luton at the weekend, and allowed Luton fans an area on their side terrace.
