I believe it was Lorraine up until a few weeks ago, with 14. I wonder if Dunks has overtaken him now though, as I remember being surprised at how many he had actually scored early on in the season before his injury problems. I think Turner was one behind Lorraine.BartonRaz wrote:Also, I wonder how many people could correctly guess our top goal scorer so far this season in all competitions. Just looked on the OWS (I won't spoil everyone else's fun!). Interesting to see that we have five players in double figures this season, with two others just one away from reaching that target.

Thanks Adam. It did come across a bit funny. Oh well that's the trouble with the written word as opposed to the spoken one.
To you and even to my generation it is a simple step but to the next generation up technology is a massive frightening thing. Imagine if only thirty years ago you could have a video call with somebody the other side of the world. It was totally incomprehensible to our generation,we were still mastering Space invaders. Playing "tennis" with a bar (Google it).

I know what you are saying fella, but (and I don't often agree with Jim) Pigman is right in saying that the next generation up from mine are sometimes a bit frightened of too much technology at once. The world has suddenly become increasingly small. If I wanted to speak to my cousin as a child it would take a letter a week to get to her ( Australia) a phone call was never afforded. Now I can call her and instantly get a reply. That is still quite a scary thing for the older generation to comprehend.sussexdiamond wrote:Maybe people don't post on here during the game because most are at the match, especially when we are at home.
I am in Sussex several times during the season and used to rely on this forum for updates but in past couple of seasons have used Radio Diamonds. It is easy to access and enjoyable to listen to Adams inane comments about burgers and Pauls obsession with Wolves, not to mention Bruce's transatlantic ramblings, and now we even have Chris with weekly updates on the progress of his baby son
When we don't have a midweek match it is great fun following the UCL twitter feed. .
I listen to radio diamonds most weeks although I tend to not text in so much now. I suppose I could technically give updates on here and resolve all of the issues addressed. Thing is I'm easily distracted and would probably forget.

I make it 17 different goalscorers. Or 18 if you include own goals.Brownie wrote:Either Tom or Jason I would guess, though doubt they are up to 20 yet.BartonRaz wrote:In all of the Step 5 leagues we are now joint 2nd in terms of league goals scored this season.
1st - Thurnby Nirvana & Basford United (100)
2nd - Diamonds & Worksop Town (98)
Also, I wonder how many people could correctly guess our top goal scorer so far this season in all competitions. I was quite surprised when I looked it up on the OWS.
How many different goal scorers have we had?
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Have any "regular" outfield players not scored.
Even Little Brownie's got one

Possibly only Charlie now, but it depends on your definition of regular.SouthRushdenJFC wrote:Have any "regular" outfield players not scored.
