Kempston were without a game yesterday and play us on Tuesday and Wisbech next Saturday. Maybe their squad helped towards the bumper crowd.

Make no mistake this is going to be tough. Their last home defeat was 0-2 v Wisbech in November, prior to that their only other home defeat was to Boston on first day of the season.
They scored plenty of goals earlier in season eg 6-0 v Welly 4-0 v Cogenhoe, Oadby and Sleaford.
Most recent home results have been 2-1 v Huntingdon, 2-2 v Holbeach, 2-1 v Sileby, 1-1 v Eynesbury.
A tight encounter can be expected.

I agree with you Sussexdiamond, it will be a tricky/tough game, AFC Kempston Rovers have the 2nd best home defence in the league (behind us) 2-1 Diamonds.
I'm surprised at some people bitterness towards Nene Park.

I think the bitterness is towards Cousins, not Nene Park! Sign the petition whatever your views and try to keep the facility for local sporting use, even if AFC R&D would be better looking elsewhere in the locality.
