And only a second bookable offense (unsporting for the first, the second card coming 4 minutes later! ). I still think there is an opportunity to target third, and thus get the second leg at home.RushdenTillIDie wrote:Just so everyone knows Oxford are down to ten after 20 mins at Hayesthey are making things hard for themselves, they've got to be the target in the playoffs, kick them while there down

Only if Hayes win (it would be on goal difference) and Oxford will have a game in hand regardless, although with their form, they could very well screw up that game.mattreddan wrote:I didn't realise we could go into 3rd after today

Back onto the game tonight, I am now buzzing. 2 and a half hours away, really hoping that the lads can offer the excitement they have done in the last week! A win would put us ahead of Oxford, a real psychological advantage in my opinion, and put the pressure on York tomorrow. Come on Diamonds, hoping for a big attendance and a big performance!

Strangely York don't play tomorrow. Their next game is Monday followed by a home game on Wednesday against Wimbledon. But you're still right, a win tonight would put us in an excellent position.BringBackDuane wrote:Back onto the game tonight, I am now buzzing. 2 and a half hours away, really hoping that the lads can offer the excitement they have done in the last week!
