Better than last week, but still poor. None of the new signings have really improved us to be honest, although saying that I thought Jason Lee impressed at left back again.
Jacko was man of the match for me.
On this form though, K*ttering will rip us a new one in the NFA Final.
Now is not the time for faint hearts and Royston result apart, we didn't lose any real ground on the others. Let's build on this draw. The effort was much better, we just need to work on carving out chances, cos we're not doing that.
From what I've seen of our performances against higher placed clubs from the level above, we've not enough pace all over the pitch.
Hoban was MOM for me, he put in a lot of effort today.
My observations:
Ashton makes defending look easy
The new players haven't really added much (yet?)
I didn't think the ref was too bad overall
Please can we have lids on cups for hot drinks!
At the moment there is, unfortunately, zero creativity from midfield and although Jepson and Manship are feisty they offer no attacking option whatsoever and generally cannot pick a pass so our front two are living on scraps. We desperately need a midfield general to provide link up play.

Totally agree with all that and there's no third man running. Boy we miss confue.

That's where I'd play Stevenson. He's not mobile enough to play as a nine, so either drop him off as the ten or put him alongside a dynamic six and have him as the right. There could be an issue with playing him as the ten in that he needs wingers prepared to get up and down and from what I've read on here only Richards could do that.

We also desperately miss Bunts, no coincidence since he was injured our form has dipped.
