3. Corby Town: 459 (that includes the 1800+ crowd on Saturday)
4. Brackley Town 382
5. K*ttering Town: 354

FACT: Best supported Non-league club in Northants! :D :D
Also it's worth nothing that both Brackley's and Corby's average were boosted by gates of 1,155 and 768 respectively, with the visit of Chester. So without their 5-800 away fans their averages would be even lower, Brackley's might even be smaller than K*ttering's.

Both Corby and K*ttering had "pay what you want" or free entry days last week. Which would distort the true average gate.

I really cant see how Brackley could hope to exist in the Conference Premier with such small crowds.
How do they exist now. Do they have a "sugar daddy"?

Yes, Allan Leighton, former Chief Executive Officer at Asda and Chairman of the Royal Mail, has been funding them for 5-6 years now. Used to go to Magdalen College School in Brackley.

Attendances up dated including yesterday's matches on this site:-

I expect Northampton Spencer's average to improve. ;)

Their time near the top of NL football maybe limited then, just like others before them. They'd probably get a full house for a game against Luton, and teams like Chester and maybe Cambridge and Barnet would take a few there, but otherwise they'll struggle, they're unlikely to get much more than 300 for Gateshead or Barrow.

Parking at Brackley is terrible for a midweek pre-season friendly. God knows what it'll be like if they get promoted and Luton come to town.

As it only has one attendance from yesterday (ours) it's clear that site uses the same source as used on our own stats page - http://www.afcdiamonds.com/summary-stats-2012-13 adding in the numbers from our match reports.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to validate the data from Mitoo very well - hence it shows Olney v Thrapston having a crowd of 521! That then skews the figures as you'd expect. Hopefully the data on our site is more reliable - and hopefully people appreciate what is put on there, and the official UCL site, after every game.

Incidentally, if anyone want to see last season's attendance figures, or see the various awards that were handed out, there is a useful document on the official UCL site - http://full-time.thefa.com/DisplayNews. ... ue=1625657

Attendances don't win anything though ;) - but I'm delighted with the support we've had this season, truly delighted - definately beyond what I'd predicted.

536 average would have us 9th in the Conference South or 7th in Conference North (Step 2), I guess you could say that shows our true potential doesn't it?

Our average home attendance is 536 and our average away attendance is 475. Combined average for all matches is 506.

Our average home attendance for Saturday matches and the match played on New Year's Day is 631, whilst our average home attendance for Tuesday evenings is 451.

I am expecting those averages to rise when the last three fixtures are included.

Pretty impressive don't you think and I wonder if there is a Step 6 club in the country that can approach or better those figures?
Thats nice to know that. Very good average. I wonder what the crowd would be for Spencer away?

Beat Corby, Brackley and K*ttering. Considering what league we in to compere to those is very, very good.

Also Corby & Brackley would be boosted with the likes of Chester, Halifax etc etc.
