The thing is a lot of people talk the talk but never walk the walk as in a lot of things.
I think you are addressing that comment to the wrong people if you are aiming it at either me or Diamondsforever ....
If the Trust had a bit more credibility and a willingness to communicate and collaborate I'm sure more people would help out.
I think it's time for an "all pull together" attitude - perhaps combined with another cliché - "let bygones be bygones".
,No problem with you formic, just a comment in general as i cant understand the negativity as we are supposed to be supporting one team,
As to the old issues you relate to i have to admit dont know much about that as only supported the club for 6 years,so like you suggested it needs people to work together and maybe at this time
any old politics or whatever should be sorted and this may enable more help in always.
Lots of interesting points on this thread, all of them relevant. The only Trust that was around before the formation of this one was the Irthlingborough Diamonds Trust, which is an exclusive club (or at least I've never seen it advertised) and that still puts money into the club as recognised occasionally by KC. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Max was a member of that Trust (I don't know if he is).
Since KC took over the club I always thought that £15 to be in the Trust was far too much, that was the reason I left anyway.

That made me think about the difference between the original money we paid to join the Trust - where we were effectively becoming a "shareholder" in the club, and the monies now, which are used for other purposes.
I look forward to hearing the date of the AGM, and would hope to attend. I went to one previously that was rather a waste of time as it was just to sign off accounts, so lets hope this one has more opportunity for input / debate.

Thanks for the update. Perhaps some of the comments on this thread (mine included) may look negative to someone on the inside, but there is a need for the Trust Board to get the feedback that some of the fanbase are interested in how the Trust is interfacing with its members and with the Football Club.
