Grayson played for Cheltenham against us in the Division 3 playoff final in 2002.

Just looked him up on Wiki, he signed for Cheltenham in March 1998 and his last game for them was the playoff final. Of course he was also formerly with the Wobblers, which perhaps added to our love for him

Didn't he come on as a second half substitute and score their third goal in that match?

I didn't see the game, but I've seen the pictures of him crying, the FA have got a big job on their hands there...

19,508 at Stadium:MK, their biggest ever crowd. QPR were awful throughout and were incredibly lucky to get an equaliser, which turned out to be very offside after seeing the highlights (although at the time I thought he was onside and I had a side-on view. Was fun celebrating it though. :D

At 0-0 DJ Campbell couldn't head a cross into an open goal from all of 2 yards out. ITV didn't show it annoyingly.

I forgot how good live football was though and I'm hooked again, I'm hoping to get tickets for QPR's game at Villa in early February, if I'm lucky they won't have sold their whole allocation by the time the tickets go on general sale.

Villa won't get close to selling their own allocation.

Yeah and that's my back up but I'd prefer to be in the away end.

Oh and a couple of things I forgot to mention; MK Dons had goal music and at full time the PA system was playing 'Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes' - a terrible cover of New York, New York. It reminded me of an NFL stadium and it must be horrible when it's half empty for their league games.

As an aside, why QPR?

If I were you I'd avoid the Villa game, even the Villa season ticket holders I know here wish they didn't have to watch their own team at the moment.

My Dad's a QPR fan so I have a soft spot for them and I've been to loads of games with him over the years. Also it's cheaper than going to see Arsenal (my Mum's team). I'm only wanting to go to the Villa game because it'll be easy to get to from Coventry, after Saturday's performance I'd never expect a good match.
