Radio 5Live apparently reporting a rumour that Coventry City will play their last 3 home games at Nene Park.

Ritchiej has tweeted that if this were to happen, KTFC would have to be released from their agreement at NP.
BTW St Neots have just scored. 3-1 to K*ttering now, Saints must be bloody awful

How would people feel if this was the case, would anyone care after what's happened? I'm not sure how I'd feel really, obviously after everything that has happened with NP, but at the same time it would be quite surreal to see a good crowd at NP like the good old days, even though I didn't think I'd ever see that again.

And there are a few people on twitter claiming to be 'in the know' saying they're going to NP as well, still can't believe it would happen though!

Wouldn't bother me, as I don't particularly care about Coventry either way.

toatally agree, it's not the ground that makes a club, it's the fans 8-)

Nene Park helped to shape us into who we are, without NP there would not have been a R & D. If a club is only its fans then we'll never need our own facility. Clearly that's too simplistic as our own ground will define our own roots as Rushden Town & Irthlingborough Diamonds did before R & DFC and AFC R & D. There's nothing wrong with sentimentalism, I have around 40 happy years of memories there and can still see the old ground in my thoughts, a ground we'd be proud to call our own today if we had it.

The only thing about this probable move by CCFC is that most of us can't stand the fact that it gives Ladak and his cronies, a way out of the lease and he or they stand to benefit from what I would consider to be fraudulent activity, or most certainly, misrepresentation of fact. If CCFC choose to play there, it releases the tennants from the lease and that just sums up the whole underhand affairs associated with the current Landlord and Tennant.
