Its nice that the FA have done an article on our game, but why are the letters AFC not anywhere in the article? Perhaps its a trivial complaint but it always annoys me when I see these sites talking about a phoenix club and using the name of the old club, e.g. I still see 'Wimbledon' from time to time, rather than 'AFC Wimbledon', perhaps I'm the only oje to care about such an issue but surely it would be nice if these sites recognised we're a different club now.Trek wrote:£900 prize money is the reward for winning tomorrow's tie. ;)

Yaxley are a division above Rushden but Whaley has warned his side against complacency.
He added: "We hope to progress. Rushden’s League doesn’t really represent what they’ve got because of their squad. They re-formed this year and they’ve got really good support.
"They are on their way back up the football ladder. The squad they’ve got means it will be a real challenge but we are hopeful of progressing.
"We have picked up a bit of form recently and we hope we can continue that and progress.
"It is always a one-off in a cup competition. The camp is pretty confident. The issue is Rushden’s support; the crowd will be a lot bigger and our lads will have to cope with that."
