Interesting. But it does mention the £60,000 for Tomlin being paid upfront now, so it is technically £110,000.

If the club can put together a statement confirming that the staff wages have now been paid in full it would go a long way towards restoring confidence. Communication is key at this time for us.

The news about the balance of the Tomlin fee being paid "early" to help us out is interesting but why don't the Beasants announce this sort of information rather than it dribbling out via other sources. They might gain some credibility for their frankness and honesty. Two qualities currently in serious doubt.

Sam Smith confirmed on the radio commentary yesterday that all the players have now been paid in full and I'm reliably informed that the same can now be said about payments owed to Club staff too.

That seems a good deal for us, and means we've kept the sell on fee? Fair play to Peterborough and Barry Fry for giving us the 60k up front, they didn't have to do that, seems we have good links with them opening up now :)

Great news, hopefully we can have a positive finish to the season now!

It would imply that yes, so another positive. Btw on reflection I back the club on keeping the details quiet mind you because it can only be disclosed with the agreement of both clubs. Being on good terms with Peterborough is a must, as the last week has shown.

Fantastic! Get that press release out about the wages being paid on Monday and in the ET asap(remember, not everyone linked with us looks at the official site)! :)
