Regionalised up to the 3rd Round IIRC? Then we could have some nice long trips.

This link shows the sort of teams the UCL clubs got in last seasons Round 2 draw to give an idea of the boundaries used:

Last season the vase still had a north / south divide in Round 3, then appeared unrestricted for the following rounds.
