Didn't you hear? Andy Murray recently spat at the Queen, was seen burning the English flag and was the referee in the Germany game. He hates your country more than anything in the world. It's his sole aim in life to bring havoc and destruction to your nation.

All this is true, of course, if you read a certain tabloid or two.

I know all that mate. What I don't get is why Nadal winning is a victory/hero for ENGLAND. Murray is a SCOTTISH CITIZEN. Nadal beating him does not give me as an Englishman any sense of heroics or victory at all.

I think its a "victory for england" because most scottish folk were laughing at us getting knocked out of world cup, and the only thing they had a chance of winning this year they've been knocked out of too, something along them lines i presume.
