It's a positive sign on the Rene Howe front, but we already lose Tim Sills after Boxing Day, so the points about the impact of the weather on loanee availabilty / triallist viewing etc might take on even more relevance if one of the other strikers picks up a knock during the holiday period.

Hear what you are saying Formic, but might give Sam Smith more of a chance of playing. Can't say I've been too impressed with Sills but as you say postponements have denied him opportunities.
At the moment just looking forward to seeing some football but the weather looks grim for quite a while to come so not optomistic about the Luton game. Hopefully be OK against the old enemey a few days later.
