Hi Everyone..

Just joined this forum!

How many Rushden fans will be going to Newport do you think?

How will it go..I saw Newport at Nene Park earlier in the season and thought they were quite good!

Having just lost the manager i think Newport will be trying extra hard to win..Newport have some good players and a very loyal support..i enjoyed their singing at Nene Park.

I am going to Newport to watch this one!

I also watched them earlier in the season at our place and they were dreadful - made in the mode of Histon - all muscle, long ball and closing down tactics.

Only scored due to a cock-up in our defence.

Mind you we would never have scored that day even if we had played until midnight..!

I'm sure you are right PIN, it will be a tight game. Be happy to get a point - 0-0 will do with a great defensive performance to take to the next game.

Smith deserves a start after his last game and Mills will add bite to the midfield/defence if playing in the 'hole'. Although I've already said I would be happy with a draw, this game is winable and could be the start of a run towards the play-offs....ever the optomist ;) :lol:
