Kurt Robinson
Kurt Robinson
Has now completed a permenant move too Chelmsford City, It's a shame as I always thought he was a good player.

Re: Kurt Robinson
I cannot believe this, last year he was being talked about as being the best left back in the conference!!

Re: Kurt Robinson
Very disappointed he has gone. Was looking forward to JE eventually trying a 4-4-2 with Kurt at left back and Day at left mid. Would have been devastating in attack!

Re: Kurt Robinson
Good luck to Kurt, he served us well for the majority of the past 2 years, but his form had been very disappointing this season so I can understand the decision.
We have a promising young player in Aynsley McDonald who can play in the same position (as well as the more experienced Corky and Huke who can also deputise there) with another excellent prospect in Callum Earls who has a very good chance of earning a professional contract at the end of the season.

Re: Kurt Robinson
I have a feeling as well that Kurt may have been one of our 'higher' earners, so if he wasn't playing a regular basis JE has freed some money up that can be used elsewhere.
Thanks Kurt for your efforts over the last few years!

Re: Kurt Robinson
He's also moving nearer to his home. I think several of our players have felt rather homesick and vulnerable in the post-Dale weeks so a new start may be just what he needs. Good luck to him as he always gave 100% effort when he was playing for us.
