Alfreton won 4-0 today and Braintree went up because Farnbrough lost I believe, always nice to have some new grounds to visit for next season :)

There are a few interesting goings on in the lower leagues. A day or two ago Arlesey were celebrating winning the Zamaretto Midland - but it's now been announced they've been deducted 9 points and will have a title decider at Hitchin on Monday.

I saw Salisbury City at Bedford today - after they fell foul of Conference rules last season they were throw n right out of the Conference system and into the Zamaretto Premier - something which teams in the BSBP this season might take note of.

I went to see Alfreton last season after our game at Mansfield was postponed after I'd travelled up there. There was no segregation in place that day, as Farsley Celtic didn't bring many fans, but I suspect you won't get a very good view from the away end - think Exeter.

I went to Derby County vs Swansea that day :D

I must say looking at those pictures, the Knobblers will feel like they've been dropped on the far side of the moon next year if they come down  Laugh, I'd laugh until my balls dropped off :D
