Whats the point in appealing? Does it mean we could be fined/docked more? Just take the punishment and leave it where it doesn't affect us too greatly.

I agree. I call it peeing into the wind. The owners ought to concentrate on getting some funds in to pay outstanding creditors. If they can't do that then they ought to clear off as quick as they can.Sara Pascoe wrote:

Hang on, I re-read it and it says we're considering an appeal. Says that our argument is based on the fact we had the change of ownership before the financial reporting period with the reports made by Calder.
