This might be a long shot, but it could be worth some or all creditors looking at who they were actually dealing with – did their relationship start before the Beasants were brought in, and if so, were they consulted on that change. The club and assets were both owned by the original Supporters’ Trust up until December (with Keith Cousins as the sole member), and I’m not sure how any split might have been arranged – noting Steve Beasant’s original comment that the club was to be put into receivership by that original entity.
