Can't believe northampton has been moved to a Thursday :( working backshift makes it impossible to get to these games now. These cup games should be a Sunday like wellingborough, just gutted they keep swapping and changing...Am i the only frustrated one?

No you're not. I was planning to bring the family on the Sunday, can't do that now :(corby diamond wrote:Can't believe northampton has been moved to a Thursday :( working backshift makes it impossible to get to these games now. I'd say we probably had a better chance of getting a few more fans to come out for a Sunday with a bit of a push.
According to someone on the Hotel End, this isn't the Cobblers but the County FA team, can anyone confirm this please?

It may not have been up to us when the game was played.

We really tried to get the game played on a sunday, you wouldn't believe the amount of time that has been spent trying to do it, but it just couldn't be done, sorry for those that won't be able to make it.

Re: Northampton Town and other fixture updates
As bozzer says, we did our best to get the game on a Sunday but due to the Wobbl£r$ availability and the availability of potential venues, it was simply not possible on this occasion.
Regarding our opponents, I can confirm that this IS a Northampton Town FC U18s team, and is most definitely NOT the County U18s side (we have lads playing for us who are in the County representative team).
