will we be able to enter this next year or are UCL teams not eligible?

I know that teams from 'Vase levels', shall we say, do enter the Trophy at an earlier stage. I imagine having floodlights is at least one condition for entry, don't know any others.

They don't:
Entry is restricted to Clubs competing in Steps 1-4 of The FA National League System. Clubs relegated out of Step 4 will automatically be switched into The FA Vase and Clubs promoted into Step 4 will automatically be moved to The FA Trophy.
