Is this worth going to? At RDFC cup competitions like this were largely ignored by the supporters, but (correct me if i'm wrong) aren't St Neots and St Ives rivals?
Also, what sort of team is likely to play?

I watched St Neots v Huntingdon in an earlier round, nothing special, though Huntingdon were up for it. Football is football, especially after having a long break from watching a proper game for me at that point, so I enjoyed it.BartonRaz wrote:Is this worth going to? I see that the Saints are charging full league prices for what amounts to a County Cup fixture, although Huntingdonshire as a county no longer exists, so perhaps it's a bigger draw than Hillier Cup matches in Northamptonshire which don't attract much interest excepting K*ttering versus Corby, of course. ;)

In recent years St Ives were are boxing day / Easter fixture as they were the nearest team to us in our league.BartonRaz wrote:Is this worth going to? At RDFC cup competitions like this were largely ignored by the supporters, but (correct me if i'm wrong) aren't St Neots and St Ives rivals?

Wasn't a good'un. :(
St Neots 0-2 St Ives. St Neots had about 5/6 main players out the starting eleven, including moreorless the whole defence, and it showed. St Ives looked very threatening almost everytime they went forward - which was quite rare. Thought St Ives defended exceptionally well too.
326 there, paying £8 a head to watch a local cup game. RDFC would have been proud of that.
