*bump*
For those planning to attend I'd advise monitoring www.stneotsfc.com tonight & tomorrow for updates due to the cold weather.

On the St Neots forum it says they're going to be keeping the pitch unfrozen in the goalmouth (the one that doesn't get the morning sun) by burning wood overnight in metal oil drums standing on breeze blocks, which will require people being at the ground all night to stoke them.

An impressive amount of effort to get a game on! I wish the people from St Neots luck and I hope that they succeed.

Will they be cooking sausages?? I might volunteer to do the early shift ;)

Great effort by them, I think there will be a few games off tomorrow, be a big plus for them if they can get it on eh? Hope they don't spend the morning shovelling snow mind !!

I guarentee my game will get called off, so if they can get their game on I think I may well pop over, especially considering the amount of effort they appear to have been putting in!

That's superb, amazing effort just to get one game on, will be interesting to see if other clubs see this and try the same. Hope that their efforts pay off and they get a bumper crowd now with other games in the area off!
