Corby Town Win Play-Off Final

Corby Town beat Cogenhoe United 2-1 in last night`s Northants Senior Youth League Play-Off Final at Rushden & Higham.
It took extra-time to separate two fairly evenly-matched teams in what was also a very bad-tempered affair in which the Cogenhoe bench found themselves in trouble for a racist comment to one of the Steelmen`s coaching staff!
Interestingly, only three of Cogenhoe`s squad of 16 are available for next season, while all-bar 5 of Corby`s are eligible for 2012/13!
