Copy of an email I sent to all the volunteers earlier this evening, thought I'd post it here as well just in case a few of you were free?

Hi everyone,

Apologies for not being in touch recently, some family issues have meant I've been away and had to take some time out.

I'm not sure what the weather will hold for us, but I'm heading over to the ground tomorrow evening in the hope of being able to do a bit more painting. I'm keen to crack on and get the club house painted up - if any of you can join me I'd be really grateful, but I appreciate its short notice. I'm hoping to get down there about 6.30pm all being well.

As mentioned before, if you have any brushes/rollers please bring them with you, plus some ladders/steps.

I'm also looking for a couple of people to hold gate keys to let people in during the daytime. I know some of you have said you can get down there during the day, please let me know if you're willing to hold some keys and be the "gate-keeper" for daytime work parties. I'm Bedford based and work odd hours so I'm struggling to get over as often as I'd like.

I'm also aiming to get down to the ground on Saturday, probably about 10.30am for a few hours (again, weather permitting) to carry on with the painting.
