Is this the first time?
That a Diamonds/ Ploppies match actually has real bearing for both teams? As in the past it has only been of real need to us to get the points for promotion as ploppies are usually mid table dross.

The "Duane Darby game" in 2001 saw the Poppies desperate for points to stay in the Conference - so our 2-0 victory not only helped us to reach the Football League, but almost helped to tip them out of the Conference.

Cheltenham's league winning season should have thrown up a potential title decider with K*ttering, if we had'nt have gifted Cheltenham two goals in injury time!
