So will Oadby for instance have to fence off their car park by the end of the month or be denied promotion?

I suppose Oadby could just stop using the parking inside the perimeter of their ground, as they have a car park at the other end. I wonder if the rules distinguish between parking for players and officials versus parking for fans - Bugbrooke only used the parking inside the ground for officials / players.
