What is missing from the Offy site, is how much that saves you per game, I'm not sure how many teams are, so if I was buying I would like to see there and then, how much that actually saves me per game etc.

The point being, from a marketing point of view, is that that information is not there and forces the buyer to look it up, when it should be on that screen, showing there and then what the deal is.Trek wrote:There will be 20 home league matches, therefore you save the cost of 2 matches by buying a season ticket. ;)
If I was just browsing thinking about buying it, why would I jump at buying it, as on the face of it I do not know if it is value for money unless I bother to do the research, marketing people will tell you, that soon as that happens you loose a sale.
Eg
This deal means you get 2 games free, or pay only £5.40 per game, wow I have that information on the screen where do I sign up, see what I mean.

We are really seeing the benefits of the hard work that has been done on the membership and shop side of things. It took about 30 seconds to renew and make payment using Paypal.

I don't believe our fans are that fickle. As well as the saving there's also the convenience factor and that it helps the club cashflow and financial planning for next seasonron manager wrote:The point being, from a marketing point of view, is that that information is not there and forces the buyer to look it up, when it should be on that screen, showing there and then what the deal is.Trek wrote:There will be 20 home league matches, therefore you save the cost of 2 matches by buying a season ticket. ;)

Our fans will be in the know, but if I was and old R&d fan, how would I know that offers value for money, without spending time looking up the UCL team list???Formic wrote:I don't believe our fans are that fickle. Couldn't agree more, Formic. Very easy and professional.Formic wrote:We are really seeing the benefits of the hard work that has been done on the membership and shop side of things. It took about 30 seconds to renew and make payment using Paypal.

How about changing the text too
The season tickets represent a saving to paying on the day, the process is simple and easy and will be added to your membership card if you are already a member.
Purchasing a season ticket offers you the chance of watching 20 games for the price of 18 or watching 20 games for only £5.40 per game, affording fantastic value for money.

Just bought mine. First time I've used Paypal !!.
At £2.70 per game that's what I call value.
Plus I will get priority when it comes to Wembly tickets for FA Vase Final and FA Cup 3rd round v Spurs.
