No surprise there. Didn't strike me as the sort of guy who would hang around once the money dried up. I wonder if they'll have 11 players to start the season?

I think I saw they lost 4-1 in a friendly to Weldon? What on earth was the point of last season for them exactly? I mean specifically for whoever shelled out all the money to win a step-6 league, only to then not bother going any further?

Must be favourites to go down if things carry on like this!

I did, and I think it could be described as er 'shady'.

Sileby have only 4 players registered with the UCL to play this season.

They are apparently struggling to attract players and its £££ thats causing the problem.

That's clearly the case, Ling training with us a few weeks back, Byrne back to Desboro', Smeathers to Wellingboro' and Chilton on trial with us.

I asked this a few days ago. I just don't get it, maybe the moneymen weren't rich enough to pump money to win a higher league so UCL Division 1 is all they could afford!

The people who do this are on a 'one season' ego trip. Sustainability is a foreign word.

I wonder if they paid all the bills before they left?
