Well I guess he knows what the bench looks like. Bolstering the squad with 'financially sensible' players or Starms thinks he can add a goal or two?

Wasn't too disappointed to see him leave but I'm not a football manager.

How did he get on at BPW(?)?

Welcome back Dev.

Just read the article. 5 goals in 16 games. To be fair I can't make my mind up on this signing but perhaps he's what we need. A player that isn't in love with himself that works hard for the team and creates a chance or two.

In BPW League games he is joint top-scorer on 5 with Cavell Jarvis and Leigh Chapman.

Yes, a bit of mixed opinion on this one. He was not considered as a guaranteed starter at this level and went to play where he would be. Now he's returning to be a substitute ? because I don't think he is as good as anyone we have here, for the position we have seen him in. But, he may well be a useful addition as a squad player.

Before last season Dev had played mostly as an attacking midfielder.

He's a versatile and intelligent player and I can see him fitting well into a variety of positions.

I think this is a good signing, Dev struggled with injury last season and get a run in the side. His partnership with Alfie worked really well until injury. I've seen BPW a couple of times this season and he's been playing wide right. Ok he's isn't going to beat a player but he's got an eye for a pass and a willing worker. I think he could play in the hole behind Alfie and Dunks. Good signing in my opinion, he surly knows he's not going to be a regular starter at the min but I think he could force his way into the starting eleven. Welcome back Dev.

That could be handy then :)
Sure Dev is not under the impression he is likely to walk back into the side, but unless he has had a complete personality transformation (he has trod the same playing surface as Ploppies) which I doubt. He will come in work hard and await hie chance, and if asked i`m sure he will do what ever is required including play for the U21s. If things don`t work out he will move on in the correct manner. And nobody in the Club will have any concerns about what he puts on Twitter, though sure we can look forward to pictures of him and Alfie in all sorts of places. As a player he may not be the spark that ignites our league title push, but then does anyone think we are in with anything other than a very very outside chance :?: Sorry Dev i`ve made you sound a right booooorr, not the case, the sort of stability we need after the last couple of weeks. And he does arrange a bloody good end of season night out :D
