I suppose I should make the 40 min trip over from Lichfield - I mean it would be rude not to, right?

If you haven't been to Wulfrunians and can get there, its worth the visit to a nice little ground. Think it would only be fair to level up the fixture this time round by say, playing with only 10 men and put a defender in goal? ;)

Ahhh I remember it well! Sat with my dear friend Posh Tart, and another lady whose name I can't remember. No smoke bombs this time please!!!

Naturally I'll be there, off the back of a classic black country Friday night out in Stourbridge, and Saturday lunch with the folks
I'm taking the Radio Diamonds kit with me and aim to do a broadcast of second half....bit of commentary to make sure I can remember how it's done and a bit of a round up of what's been happening close season and in the friendlies to date.
Depends on me working the dongle mind!!

Sorry - perhaps it wasn't clear enough on the OWS in the notice about the game that the postcode is also a link to the map /address. I get so little feedback about the match previews I'm not sure if a full preview is really desired.

Looks like a number of players we might expect to be in or challenging for a place in a first choice starting XI were either injured or unavailable including Clarke, Dolman, Ashton, Merrill, Brown, Confue, Dunkley and Lorraine. Appears on paper that the XI squad that played at Lutterworth were actually a stronger outfit.

Yes Paul, definitely wasn't the first XI, but we still dominated possession and only lost to two defensive errors. Good to see Bunts get an extended run out, he was a class above as usual, and nice to see the 16 yr old bag - looks to have a lot of potential. Squad looks a good depth wise which bodes well for the season.
