As per Mark Panter's tweet here, we have scheduled various pitch works, including spraying (for worms etc..), fertiliser and vertidraining over the next couple of weeks as both teams away til early November, to try to keep the pitch in good condition moving into the winter months.
The biggest pain currently are worm casts as the most effective treatments have been banned for a few years now. We're trying a new treatment tomorrow to see how that goes, and how long it will last. The treatments just push the worms down, away from the main surface area of the pitch.

Re: Pitch work @ Hayden Road, over next couple of weeks
An update from the Groundsman Mark Panter, after work over the last few weeks to get us in a good place going into winter hopefully. Triple header of home games coming up in a couple of weeks (20th, 23rd and 27th November).
