Mansfield Stewards
Im not sure if people are aware but the stewards at Mansfield in the away end are known for being heavy handed and OTT towards visiting fans. Although i cant remember any particular incidents on past away trips to the ground there has been reports by fans of them being heavy handed.
Dont give them any chance to ruin our 1000th game ;)

The normal stewards are fine its the ones who have their security licence badges on their arms are the ones you want to watch for, they walk up and down the stand looking for someone to chuck out. Wouldn't supprise me if they gave a slap to anyone they eject when they are out of view.
Re: Mansfield Stewards
Last season we were throwing about a soft toy, not even agressively and it got taken away from us and people got threatened with being ejected because of it. Complete jobsworths. Don't give them an excuse. And if they ask you to sit, do so for a min or two. Like most grounds, they don't overly care they just have to be seen to be doing something should H&S people be watching.

This could be a problem with the celebrations that are being planned then!!! I just hope they don't spoil a fantastic evening for all those presentJemfy wrote: Don't give them an excuse.

I'm not aware that we had any problems with the stewards last night, though it was immensly entertaining watching them throw home supporters out lol
