Grant McCann appointed him as his assistant manager at Peterborough United a few years ago and then when McCann went to Doncaster he ppointed him as his opposition analyst, so it's not surprising to see the two have linked up again.

Chairman Darragh MacAnthony sacked him after just 8 months at Posh.
