I think the team for this almost picks itself with the amount of ineligibility

The NFA have been really good about this actually, to their credit. They've taken in to account the seriousness of our upcoming fixtures and agreed to all kinds of exemptions. It should be quite a unique game in that respect, with lots of debuts and new names.TheIncognitoKid wrote: Tue Apr 02, 2024 2:50 pm I think the team for this almost picks itself with the amount of ineligibility
The team, I expect, isn't likely to include many/any of yesterday's starters but will include some of those on the bench, those that have been unavailable lately, those that haven't been in the first team squad recently and also, some of the Moulton Scholars that are currently playing for other clubs at Steps 5 and 6. If you went to any of our FA Youth Cup games this season, you'll recognise some of them.

After tonight’s SGM what a great opportunity to a) reacquaint ourselves with the Dog and Duck and b) have a good old chinwag about the idea/pros and cons of moving back! The timing is perfect!
I’m hoping to make it over, would be great to see as many Diamonds fans as possible make the short trip!

Hoping the damp day (only says light rain) doesn’t affect the match at the Dog and Duck being on tonight - need to get this one done and in the bag so we can focus on securing those all important league points! It may only be the Hillier Cup - but a cup is a cup and look who would be waiting for us in the final !!!

What an amazing result and incredible performance from so many youngsters. I think only O Neil, Empson and Emery of first team squad played. Shame they probably won't play in final, but they an be extremely proud of themselves.

Congratulations to all those youngsters today! Brilliant!
Will be a very interesting final in terms of selection.
K*ttering, similar to us, have had almost a complete squad overhaul throughout the season, I wonder how many of their players that have helped them escape relegation will actually be available for selection?
I also wonder if they will cite the fact that we were given special consideration for tonight’s game as a way to convince the NFA to allow some of their new lads to play?
There’s also the fact that these young lads tonight ultimately got us into the final, so Harriman might want to give them the chance to play in the final.
So, should be interesting!
