Well what a result. Although the comments/responses could have been a lot different!!!! I felt we were in control of the game without threatening. The final 5 minutes changed that. I thought Sphinx’s defence was hard working and any decent football would find a way through and so it proved for the equaliser. The first bit of decent football and it’s a goal. The winner was deserved on balance and that’s huge win. Sone good positives, having Jarvis back was huge and I thought the keeper looked decent without having a lot to do. Upto the 86th minute though we again looked poor up front, don’t create enough and don’t take opportunities when they do arise.

Perfect analysis that, the lads kept going even after the penalty miss. Great to see wilson and hughes back, came slightly unexpectidly that and even havinb malkin available after a dual regustration. Daveid adegbola is a real talent at right back as are the lads from MK Dons, be nice to have them until the end if the season. Badly needed 3 points that, it had been almist 3 months! Next saturday against Rugby us also a must win in my opionion.

Great and much needed result

The better side for most of the game, and I worried we were going to be punished by our ineffectiveness up-feont again.

What a confidence boost to both win, and score more than once!

Returning to more like a full strength team too! Suddenly it feels like there's a bit of competition for places and a. It of fight in the lads!

We really need to build on this and string a few results together to increase that gap between us and the relegation zone.

What a fantastic late comeback win that was, so pleased for all involved. After the barren run we’ve been on it shouldn’t be underestimated the amount of character the lads showed there; we certainly owed Coventry Sphinx that one as well.

How euphoric it felt when Jamal’s winner hit the net (probably my favourite moment of the season so far actually). With the impressive new signings and players returning we are a totally different proposition. Time to start reeling in the teams above us now.

Yes it’s only one victory but you really sense this is the start of something. That was a proper, solid team that finished the match and it was great to see the joy on the players’ faces whilst congratulating them after the game. Well done Diamonds, onto the next one!

Wasn’t there but hearing Marcel changed it when he came on, the confidence and attack attitude with the left foot wand . Would like him to start next game .

We’ve been saying this for ages (easier said than done) but get some good natural CB’s & 2 attackers in and it fixes it.

Though Harriman went one further and changed the goalkeeper lol.

Play like we did against Rugby and be a breeze in the park
