The Club is insolvent and I know of one creditor who will not agree to anything other than 100% payment of amounts due, plus legal costs, plus interest.

Surely he was the only player whe was still under contract,if that has been broken or not is another matter. Some players seem to have been paid and others not at this bloody awful mess which our great club has become, so your guess is as good as mine.

Nothing because he was not under contract, and even if he was then the Club have broken the contract and he is free to leave as he has not been paid.welwyngardendiamond wrote:how much fee do you think we recieved for him?

Apparently KC is desperate to get new owners and is working hard to do so - hope he has learnt from his choice of the present crew - amazing they ever got hold of our club..!

Admin just means that specialist finance people take over control of the club from the directors. They then work out whether the business is viable enough to carry on, look to find someone to invest/sell. If neither of those are options then it will go into liquidation.

Why on earth would any investor want to take a club on with crippling debts caused by a former regime with little chance of recouping anything?
If any announcements prior to the Conference Board AGM then administration is the most likely outcome - if no announcements liquidation will happen on 13 ...
