Well what a result. Although the comments/responses could have been a lot different!!!! I felt we were in control of the game without threatening. The final 5 minutes changed that. I thought Sphinx’s defence was hard working and any decent football would find a way through and so it proved for the equaliser. The first bit of decent football and it’s a goal. The winner was deserved on balance and that’s huge win. Sone good positives, having Jarvis back was huge and I thought the keeper looked decent without having a lot to do. Upto the 86th minute though we again looked poor up front, don’t create enough and don’t take opportunities when they do arise.

Yes, I'd agree with all of this, there was little creativity going forwards before the 85th minute then 1 piece of quality, we have a lightbulb moment and finally decide to become a football team. It is in there that's the frustrating thing. I want to see a more creative midfielder on the pitch at the start and I also thought that putting Jamal on the bench was the right thing, he looked a monster when he did come on. The season starts now, 40 points is the target.

Felt we were the better team throughout but, until the final 10 minutes, looked toothless up front. All in all though, great character was shown by our players and got their just rewards in the end. If can replicate this result v Rugby, next Saturday, I’m hoping we go on a good run.
