Didn't 55% of the members who voted on moving to Nene Park say that DIDN'T want to, only for the Trust board to turn around and say that the Trust WOULD be supporting the move?! :?
I think that there was a lot of mis information surrounding that meeting but as I understand it their Trust Committee basically said that they were not backing a move to NP but wished to continue to support KTFC and the slick salesman that IL is had only give the assembled masses what was in effect a 'hobson's choice' option to vote on.

I think that this was the cause of the resignation of many of their Trust's committee members who were in favouring of forming an AFC K*ttering 1872 club but realised that this might cause a further split in the number of fans continuing to support KTFC in their new home.
It will be easier for AFC K*ttering 1872 to be formed as and when KTFC is no more.

It interesting to note how quick our fans organised a Supporters Action Group, without any reference to the Supporters Trust, and how there seems to be plenty of talk by the Ploppies fans but no action at this current time and they seem to be expecting their Trust to take a lead in this matter.

A leading member of our Trust Board basically stood alongside KC and said "come and support the Ploppies at NP", so I guess there was less faith in them to mobilse things - and I'm not having a pop at other Trust Board members here, some of whom are throwing their weight behind our AFC club, I'm just saying what kind of message that act sent out to me. I'm still astonished by what has been achieved todate, I just hope and pray it continues.

The KTFC Trust may yet mobilse fans and look into forming a new club, but I guess they're waiting to see how things pan out over the next few weeks first.
