Hopefully they'll learn a harsh lesson, that money doesn't automatically bring you success, we know all about that.

Well it did for us, just that we couldn't sustain a club at the higher level without the money.
But money did not bring automatic success for us even with all the money it still took a few seasons.

The club finished third in its first ever season, won the league the next and won promotion again in two years.

Yes there was some stagnation in the middle, but there is no doubting that the money instantly transformed us from two struggling clubs going nowhere into a success.

You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.

Also Lincoln are also now rumored to be interested as well, Hmm..... A team up again with a certain Drewe Broughton? Not sure it's Lees style of football (sorry hoofball) at Lincoln!

Vastly underrated whilst he was here in my opinion.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

I'm not sure I thought he was underrated tbh! I thought he was a very good player, and I was disappointed he left. Did he go to Aldershot for their first season in the league?

In all seriousness, whatever possessed you when you wrote that? How could anyone think that someone's surname would have an apostrophe in it?
