Bishops Stortford Appeal to FA

Looking at their website, they've issued a letter to the conference, advising they are appealing the decision to throw us out, which will affect their ability to get a team etc for next season due to the logistics.

The next 5 matches up to Xmas

York (h)
Forest Green (a)
Cambridge (h)
Hayes & Yeading (a)
Eastbourne (h)

Should be looking for at least 13 points in our run up to Xmas (we usually struggle with Cambridge, so I'm taking a draw for this fixture). Would then see us on 44 points; whereas at Xmas last season we had 33 points from 22 ...

Re: Ratings

Roberts - 7 - from where I stood, he had no chance with either goal, seems to have speeded up his distriibution, and generally did nothing wrong.
Miller - 6 - looked ok going forward, has an exocet of a throw-in, a couple of times lost his man defensively
Osano - 6 - looked unsure of himself, if he ...

Re: Are we...

Yeh, kind of threw me, as the official web site didn't make it clear that they were allocated seats, as I booked 2 tickets on Thursday morning, then another on Friday for eldest lad, then when I picked them up, found out we wouldn't be together!!! Hopefully we may be able to shift round.

Re: Transfer Window Shut

As we are registered with the English FA, wouldn't any transfere, even between and English and Scottish team still have to be completed by 5pm, and the 12pm time would only apply between scottish FA teams?

Re: Dale Roberts going

This 'rumour' has been about for over a week now. Dale nearly went to Gateshead earlier in the season, on loan, when Abbey was the no1; he's from the north east, and for a club in our financial position, not to mention the lack of numbers throught the gates for home games, then KC is going to ...

Re: Woeful Wingless Wonders...

one of the disappointing things about not attacking down the flanks, was that at left back Frank Sinclair, on the couple of times he was taken, on looked old and slow. You'd think the managers would see/be aware of this and go at him all match, as it looked clear that his legs would give out and we ...
